In 2019 Sarah established the small charity Time for Art which offers art workshops to marginalised groups of people who are unable to access art.  Through the charity Sarah has regularly run art workshops for children at Empire des Enfants in Senegal and Onesimus in Ethiopia and she also runs art projects in prisons and for children of prisoners in the United Kingdom.  She believes that allowing people time to focus on a creative project gives people the chance to put their difficult life circumstances aside for a while.
